Understand the terms that apply to our firewood delivery service.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is considered as closest point to delivery address which is accessible by truck.
- All firewood is delivered on tipping trucks and is tipped from the truck.
- Whilst all efforts are made to deliver firewood to the desired location this will be at the sole discretion of the delivery driver.
- Delivery timeframes are usually 1 – 5 Business days.
- A confirmation of order will be made within 2 Business days.
- Should Betta Burn Firewood not be able to fulfil the order for any reason we will contact the customer within 2 business days to make alternative arrangements.

Delivery Cancellation
- The customer reserves to right to reject delivery of order prior to being loaded (approx 2 hrs before delivery).
- Should the delivery of firewood be rejected after loading, then the delivery charges apply.
- Once firewood is delivered and tipped, no refund is available.
