Betta Burn Order Cancellation Policy

1. The customer reserves to right to reject delivery of order prior to being loaded (approx 2 hrs before delivery).
2. Should the delivery of firewood be rejected after loading, then the delivery charges apply.
3. Once firewood is delivered and tipped, no refund is available.
